大规模的MIMO幅相控制网络是5g射频技术的关键,而目前市场上实现幅相控制的移相器和衰减器都是窄带的,典型带宽只有200MHz,对Sub-6g频段,分辨率不超过7bit,毫米波段为6bit。因此,建立覆盖各种5G频段的测试系统,需要大量的窄带设备和高昂的成本,性能仍不足以满足更高的测试精度要求。迈可博成功地研发出了宽带相位和幅度控制模块,在市场上具有最宽的带宽和最高的分辨率和精度,通常为1.7~6 GHz和24~40GHz,两个模块分别覆盖5G的微波和毫米波频段。控制分辨率和精度可达0.1 dB/1º和0.2dB/2º,动态范围可达50 dB和360º。基于这些产品,可以构建理想、可作为基准的、宽带高性能5G系统、波束赋形网络、大规模MIMO、多通道信号模拟器和天线OTA测试系统。它具有宽带、高分辨率、高精度等特点,制造和校准简单快速,节约了成本。文中给出了相关的技术路线、产品、测试数据及各种应用实例。 |

Massive MIMO phase & amplitude controlled network is the key of the RF technology of 5G. However the phase shifters & attenuators that realize the phase and amplitude control in the market are all narrow band, with typical bandwidth only 200MHz, and controlling resolution at most 7 bits for Sub-6G and 6 bits for millimeter wave bands. So building up test system covering various 5G bands will require lot of narrow¬ band equipment and significant cost, and performance are still not good enough to meet higher test accuracy requirement. MIcable successfully developed wideband phase & amplitude controlled modules, which have the widest bandwidth and highest resolution and accuracy in the market, typically 1.7-6 and 24-40 GHz, two modules can cover microwave and millimeter wave frequency bands of 5G respectively. The controlling resolution and accuracy can reach 0.1 dB/1︒and 0.2dB/2︒with the dynamic range up to 50 dB and 360︒. Based on these products, the ideal, meaning benchmark, wideband high performance 5G system, beamforming network, Massive- MIMO, multi-channel signal simulator and the antenna OTA test system can be built. And they will be wideband and high resolution/accurate, building and calibrating is very simple and fast, cost is saved.
